12/11/2011	I would say advertise a little more. I only heard about this clinic through school when I applied for a job. I would definitely say that would be the one thing to improve on. The quality of care and everything else was better than anywhere I have ever been down here. :)

Our dogs receved very thorough exams and all of our questions were answered. the staff is very loving and professional. The vet also handled my dog well, and it was a great experience for my dog as well as me. Everyone was calm, which helped my dog be more calm that I would have imagined him to be.

4/22/2011	Excellent first impression. Phone service was friendly and my questions were answered prior to making an appt. Greeted from the moment we walked through the door, even knew my dog's name without having to say anything. Virtually no wait-time. Visit went very smoothly.
